The challenge:
Nevada Learning Series' objective was to reinvent their on-line presence
incorporating a new image for their re-branding. After an extensive client
survey, they discovered that clients were not utilizing the convenience and
cost-effectiveness of purchasing Nevada products on-line. Nevada contracted
Digital Rain to redevelop the entire corporate Web site with a strategy to
encourage existing clients and prospective clients to buy on-line.
The rainmaker's response:
Digital Rain partnered closely with the Nevada Learning Series' web project
team to make the transition from a marketing brochure Web site to a fully
e-commerce enabled Web site. Digital Rain consulted in the strategic planning
and development phases of the project, which included in the on-line marketing
planning, customer relationship management planning (CRM) and overall
web-strategy.
Digital Rain developed:
An intuitive site structure that creatively managed Nevada's rich content.
E-commerce transactional database that supported a complex fulfillment
capability (shipping from US and Canada).
Enhanced content to encourage site 'stickiness'
A new design that communicated the brand characteristics of professionalism,
credibility and reliability.
An HTML design template to support the new design for push email announcements
(PR and new product offerings)
